Will Koffman is an Orange County, California Fine Artist.  Born in 1988, he attended the Orange County High School of the Arts, Graduated from the Maryland Institute College of Art in 2009, and has since actively exhibited in Orange County and Los Angeles.  Outside of his studio work, Will teaches Drawing, Painting and Art History, and specializes in working with students with mental illness.  Will began tattooing in 2010, and currently takes appointments at Laguna Ink Spot and Gallery in Laguna Beach, CA.  To contact or to make an appointment, call (714) 609-7771
